Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up. By registering for this course you are agreeing to the Design to Theme cancellation policy. Please read it before registering.

No-show

If you need to cancel you must provide notice in writing prior to the start of the course. Not showing up does not constitute a cancellation.

In-person

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 calendar days before start of class. All cancellations are subject to a $100 registration fee per workshop. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund--if you have not yet paid a cancellation fee is still due. Your registration may have resulted in someone else being prevented from registering from the course. Your refund, if one is due, will be issued upon notice of cancellation. If you cancel you will not have access to any course material or other services offered to course participants.

Online

Course Cancellations

If Design to Theme is unable to provide the services described or must cancel within 20 days of the first day of the workshop a full refund will be made.
